Our client is seeking a hands-on Databricks Solution Architect with deep technical expertise in building and optimizing Lakehouse-based data and AI solutions. This is a contract role based in Singapore, offering flexibility to work on-site with clients or remotely within the region.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and operationalize Delta Lakehouse architectures using Databricks.
- Drive real-world outcomes for enterprise customers through effective implementation.
- Take ownership of implementation tasks and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience with Databricks and Delta Lakehouse architecture.
- Strong background in data engineering, data analysis, and AI solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience required: 5-8 years in data architecture or related fields.
