Data Engineer Team Lead

Our client is seeking a Data Engineer Team Lead to join their Users & Products Analytics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the organization has access to aligned, accurate, and actionable business metrics that drive global operations. You will lead a team of data engineers, bridging the gap between complex data infrastructure and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in data engineering with proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related field.
