Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data ingestion and unification processes.
- Resolve identity issues and ensure accurate segmentation of customer data.
- Activate data solutions to drive insights and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with business strategy teams to align data architecture with organizational goals.
- Work closely with Salesforce execution teams to ensure successful implementation of data solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and customer data management principles.
- Experience in data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in data consulting or related roles, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
