Our client is seeking a Data Cloud Consultant to join their Professional Services team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in designing and deploying distributed data processing systems to assist clients in optimizing their data strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Design and implement distributed data processing systems using various technologies.
- Work with both SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Utilize different data modeling techniques for Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Online Transaction Processing (OLTP).
- Provide training and support to clients on data solutions and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in data solutions.
- Proficient in designing and deploying distributed data processing systems.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data consulting and deployment.
