Our client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to validate and analyze a variety of agency data sources to garner public health insights. The successful candidate will produce reports and support data-related activities across several divisions. This role will also involve curating and analyzing various datasets and assisting teams with integrating new data into existing and new reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as project lead and subject matter expert for specific data sources as assigned.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Produce comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights for public health initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new data and information into reports.
- Assist in the curation and analysis of various datasets to support ongoing projects.
- Provide support for data-related activities and initiatives across different divisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
