Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the insurance business.
- Design and implement data models to support analytical and operational reporting needs.
- Build and maintain scalable data architectures using cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 9 to 12 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
