Our client is seeking a CyberArk PAM Technical Lead to oversee the management and support of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) estate. This role is pivotal in executing project and product cybersecurity elements across various cross-portfolio programs and services. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple security, IT, and engineering teams to identify, plan, and deliver critical cybersecurity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the PAM estate and ensure its operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with security, IT, and engineering teams to execute cybersecurity projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks associated with privileged access.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance PAM capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and team members.
- Prepare and present reports on PAM initiatives and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and PAM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with CyberArk and PAM solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or PAM are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on PAM solutions.
