Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
- Implement new features and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
- Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience in project management and leading complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Experience required: 5-8 years in a related field.
