About this role
Our client is seeking a Senior AI / Cloud Engineer on a contract basis to implement and extend their Real-Time Call Listening and Agent Assist platform, which is built using Google Contact Center AI (CCAI). This role is pivotal in contributing to broader AI and Generative AI solution architecture, focusing on the design and evolution of event-driven, cloud-native services. These services will leverage enterprise-approved LLMs to deliver real-time insights, guidance, and automation across contact center and agent-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and extend the Real-Time Call Listening and Agent Assist platform using Google CCAI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect and evolve cloud-native services that are event-driven.
- Integrate enterprise-approved LLMs to enhance real-time insights and automation.
- Ensure high availability and performance of cloud solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) and related technologies.
- Strong background in cloud architecture and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency in AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering and AI solutions.
