Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data cleaning and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data.
• Generate and maintain documentation related to data management processes and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members and stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, computer science, or related discipline.
• Strong experience with clinical data management systems and programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines in clinical research (e.g., ICH-GCP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical data management or related field.
