Our client is seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in .NET to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust backend systems that support various applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in .NET framework and related technologies.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in backend development, specifically with .NET.
