They are seeking a Senior AWS Data Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of end-to-end data solutions that are automated, agile, and secure.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data processing systems on AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute data migration and modernization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as AWS Glue, Redshift, and S3.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Optimize data storage and processing for performance and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with AWS services and architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a focus on AWS solutions.
