Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building GRC and Cybersecurity programs from the ground up.
- Support framework readiness assessments and design tailored compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide recommendations for improving cybersecurity posture and governance practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in GRC, Cybersecurity, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or COBIT.
- Experience with risk management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
