Our client is seeking an Application Development & Support Senior Analyst to join their IT / Sales Applications team in Pune, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting applications that facilitate critical infrastructure for data centers and communication networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design application solutions.
- Develop, test, and implement software applications to meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Document application processes and maintain technical specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance application functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in application development and support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Familiarity with application frameworks and development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
