Our client is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to join their Business Systems team. This is a contract position located at the client office in Chennai, India. The team is focused on building a platform that fuels the client’s digital transformation, taking a cloud-first approach to deliver customer-centric experiences and platform web services used by product teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Site Reliability Engineering initiatives to ensure high availability and performance of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable cloud solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Advocate for best practices in software development and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
