About this role
We are seeking a motivated Associate – Salesforce CRM Analyst to support Salesforce operations for our clients. This role is well suited for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in CRM platforms, customer data management, and sales and customer lifecycle workflows in a fast-paced environment. The role requires coverage from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST to support clients in Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and optimization of Salesforce CRM operations.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate client requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Support data management tasks, including data entry, cleansing, and reporting.
- Help in the development and documentation of processes related to customer lifecycle workflows.
- Provide user support and training for Salesforce users within client organizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
- Familiarity with customer data management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in CRM or related fields.
