ROLE: Yardi Systems Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Yardi Systems Administrator to serve as the sole internal owner, technical expert, and platform strategist for their Yardi ecosystem. This role is crucial for managing the operational needs of a firm that primarily invests in commercial retail real estate. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex retail leasing structures, intricate CAM reconciliations, and variable sales tracking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain the Yardi system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Yardi-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Yardi platform and its functionalities.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions within the Yardi system.
- Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the Yardi platform.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure efficient use of the Yardi system.
- Monitor system updates and enhancements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making processes related to commercial retail investments.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Yardi Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of commercial retail real estate operations, including leasing structures and CAM reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Yardi software and its modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Yardi Systems Administrator role or related field.
- Experience in commercial real estate is highly preferred.
