About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled Freelance Chatbot Developer to join their innovative Tendem project. In this role, referred to as an AI Pilot, you will be responsible for building conversational bots and integrating messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord within a hybrid AI-human environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement conversational bots using WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API.
- Collaborate with Tendem Agents to streamline repetitive tasks through effective bot solutions.
- Provide expertise in bot engineering and apply conversational design principles to enhance user interactions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the bots through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in chatbot technology and AI integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in chatbot development and integration with messaging platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to bot development (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of conversational design and user experience principles.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in chatbot development and integration.
