In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress-based websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance. You will collaborate with designers and other developers to implement new features and improve existing functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Ensure website functionality and performance through regular testing and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise.
- Optimize websites for speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in WordPress development or a related field.
