About this role

Our client is seeking skilled IT Recruiters to join their team through a walk-in drive. The ideal candidates will manage the entire hiring lifecycle for domestic IT requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards like Naukri, and internal databases.
  • Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' skills in Data/AI (GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, ML, Gen-AI), Digital Engineering (Java, UI, Mobility, Python), and DevOps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment.
