Our client is seeking skilled IT Recruiters to join their team through a walk-in drive. The ideal candidates will manage the entire hiring lifecycle for domestic IT requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards like Naukri, and internal databases.
- Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' skills in Data/AI (GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, ML, Gen-AI), Digital Engineering (Java, UI, Mobility, Python), and DevOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment.
