Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize various job boards, resume databases, and social media platforms to source candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a focus on the US market.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on the US market.
