The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging technology and people through innovative design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs for various devices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work and case studies.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
