Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager with expertise in Java and mobile development (Android/iOS/Kotlin) to join their team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a proven track record in technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Java Spring Boot microservices.
- Ensure successful deployment of applications on AWS and manage cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices and technical solutions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
- Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with mobile development for Android and iOS platforms using Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
