Our client is seeking a Technical Lead - Informatica IDMC (MDM & Reference 360) based in India. This is a senior hands-on technical leadership position focused on delivering robust Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within enterprise-scale environments.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement scalable data integration and governance frameworks using Informatica IDMC.
- Lead a team of data engineers and analysts to ensure the successful delivery of MDM projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by establishing data governance practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience with Informatica IDMC, MDM, and Reference 360.
- Proficiency in data modeling and data governance principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of database technologies and data warehousing concepts.
Experience required: 5-8 years in data management and integration roles, with a focus on MDM solutions.
