About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant (TC Developer) with a strong background in ITSM and Platform Development to support a US-based client during night shifts. This is a remote position based in India, with a contract duration from July 2026 to December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and manage Service Catalog items to enhance user experience.
- Utilize Flow Designer for workflow automation and process optimization.
- Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform development.
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog development and Flow Designer.
- Proficiency in CMDB management and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, especially in a remote work environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
