Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
