Our client is seeking a Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow ITSM to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance IT service management processes and drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their ITSM needs and design tailored solutions using ServiceNow.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to maximize the use of ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, as well as knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in ITSM consulting or technical roles, with a focus on ServiceNow.
