About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled and service-oriented L1 EUC Engineer to join their End-User Computing (EUC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations by supporting end-user devices, resolving technical issues, and enhancing the overall user experience across a hybrid environment of macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and software applications.
- Maintain documentation of technical processes and user issues for future reference.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an L1 EUC capacity.
- Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and mobile operating systems.
- Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
