As a Staff Data Analyst, you will support multiple business and engineering teams by delivering advanced data analyses, reporting, and data visualization solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions, translate requirements into analytical approaches, and communicate insights in a clear and structured way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced data analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for various teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development of reusable tools and data preparation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
