Sr. ServiceNow Developer - HRSD

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow HRSD Developer to serve as our client's primary internal technical resource for their HRSD implementation. In this role, you will act as the client-side integration specialist and ServiceNow developer, playing a crucial part in the transition from the legacy Dovetail case management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD module, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, focusing on HRSD functionalities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Conduct testing and validation of the HRSD implementation to ensure quality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to enhance system functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically with HRSD implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom development.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services for integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
