About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow HRSD Developer to serve as our client's primary internal technical resource for their HRSD implementation. In this role, you will act as the client-side integration specialist and ServiceNow developer, responsible for leading the transition from the legacy Dovetail case management system to a modern ServiceNow solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules and integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Train and support end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including implementation and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience with integration tools such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on HRSD solutions.
