About this role
Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for their Infra Run & Stability team. This role is crucial in facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the stability of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding teams in the adoption of Scrum methodologies and enhancing team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile practices and principles.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure a clear understanding of the product backlog and priorities.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in an infrastructure or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, especially Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams to achieve high performance.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar capacity.
