About this role
Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for their Infra Run & Stability team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational stability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies.
- Remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and facilitate discussions to resolve issues.
- Work closely with product owners to ensure clear communication of project goals and requirements.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Scrum Master roles or related positions.
