Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team at ARK Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. The SDR will play a crucial role in scaling the outbound sales efforts for our client's data analytics and AI services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate new leads.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our client's services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead generation.
