Sr Salesforce Administrator - Independent contractor

Our client is seeking a skilled Sr Salesforce Administrator to join their team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in Salesforce administration who can effectively support technical interviews and contribute to the overall management of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to maintain data integrity and security.
• Create and customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain workflows, approval processes, and flow automations to streamline operations.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Salesforce platform, collaborating with technical teams as necessary.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to continuously enhance the platform’s functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, approval processes, and reports/dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce security features, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
