Our client is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software functionality and design effective test strategies.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing features remain functional after updates.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality best practices.
- Conduct performance and load testing to assess system behavior under various conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
