Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Implement best practices in software development, including testing, deployment, and application security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
