Our client is seeking a Skills Developer to join their innovative team focused on Decision Intelligence. This role is pivotal in enhancing the capabilities of our platform, Aera Decision Cloud™, which enables enterprises to operate sustainably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance user skills and knowledge of the Aera Decision Cloud™.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Design engaging learning materials and resources, including e-learning modules and workshops.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to users to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in skills development, training, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of decision intelligence and enterprise software solutions.
- Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
