Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance user skills and knowledge of the Aera platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and design tailored learning solutions.
- Create engaging instructional materials, including tutorials, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and hands-on sessions to demonstrate best practices and advanced features of the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in skills development, training, or instructional design, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of decision intelligence and how it applies to enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency in creating digital learning content and utilizing learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with data analytics and performance measurement techniques.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in skills development or related fields.
