Our client is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their dynamic team. You will work closely with development and operations teams to implement best practices in site reliability and performance engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and reliable systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve service reliability and performance.
- Automate operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
