About this role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Admin L2 to join their dynamic team specializing in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365 (O365), and related ecosystem technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 suite, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions within the SharePoint ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure compliance and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
