Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore or Chandigarh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting ServiceNow applications, collaborating with process owners, and enhancing core applications to ensure the delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with ServiceNow peers, including administrators, business analysts, developers, and architects to deliver projects effectively.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
