Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join their team. This role involves the administration, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow instances to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and dictionary items.
- Configure and optimize workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Resolve ad hoc challenges and provide solutions to improve system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing and validation of new features and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and changes made to the ServiceNow environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Node.js and experience with ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with ITSM processes and tools is a plus.
Experience:
Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
