Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service management processes within the AWS and DevOps environment.
- Ensure operational stability while facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Service Manager role, ideally within an AWS or DevOps context.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in service management (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
Experience required: 5-8 years in service management or related fields.
