About this role
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support to users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and devices.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to improve service delivery and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
