About this role
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis in Mumbai. This role is essential in providing first-line support to users and ensuring that IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new users, including setting up accounts and equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
