About this role
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for providing first-level support to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the onboarding of new users, including setup and configuration of workstations.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service desk operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role.
