Senior UX Designer

Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience of their AI-Ready Governance Platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that user needs are met while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
