About this role
Our client is seeking a Senior Standard Cell and IP Application Engineer to join their Foundry / DTP Customer Engineering team. The successful candidate will leverage their deep expertise in Foundational IP, including Standard Cell Libraries, GPIOs, PLLs, and Analog/Mixed-Signal IPs, to provide exceptional support and enablement for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer-facing release delivery for Foundational IP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of IP into customer designs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on IP QA, packaging, and release processes.
- Utilize Synopsys and Cadence design flows to optimize performance and reliability of IP.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in customer designs and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Foundational IP and its application in semiconductor design.
- Strong understanding of IP QA processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Synopsys and Cadence tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IP application engineering or a related field.
