About this role

Our client is seeking a Senior Standard Cell and IP Application Engineer to join their Foundry / DTP Customer Engineering team. The successful candidate will leverage their deep expertise in Foundational IP, including Standard Cell Libraries, GPIOs, PLLs, and Analog/Mixed-Signal IPs, to provide exceptional support and enablement for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own customer-facing release delivery for Foundational IP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of IP into customer designs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on IP QA, packaging, and release processes.
  • Utilize Synopsys and Cadence design flows to optimize performance and reliability of IP.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in customer designs and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Foundational IP and its application in semiconductor design.
  • Strong understanding of IP QA processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Synopsys and Cadence tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IP application engineering or a related field.
