Senior Software Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Rewards IT team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product and Business teams to understand critical business requirements and develop innovative solutions for onboarding multiple business verticals. You will work in partnership with solution architects to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and develop innovative software solutions that align with business objectives.
• Work with solution architects to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.
